Tai Chi For Knee Pain

  • Taiji may help with some sorts of knee problems, but certainly not all  Kinds.  Hopefully it can help with yours if need be.  Check out the latest findings and then look below that for a product I use when ever my knees hurt I just start taking Ostio Bi-Flex and before long my knee pain is gone.  I have been using this product for 20 years and Taiji for 30, I would have been washed out long ago if not for Ostio Bi-Flex, other brands of Glucosamine Chondrotin work, but I have always gotten the best results from that.
